Patrick Patterson

Mr. Patrick Patterson is a Senior attorney at Darrell W. Cook & Associates.  Pat graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansan in 1987.  Thereafter he graduated from Harvard University School of Law in 1990. 

Pat has previously worked at Vinson & Elkins, Fullbright & Jaworski and Gardere Wynne.  His career and his practice at Darrell W. Cook & Associates has been focused on Business and Commercial litigation.

Representative Matters:

• Representation of Atlanta-based life insurance company in breach of contract action against one of the world's foremost computer software and systems management companies.  Obtained judgment in excess of $7 Million for client.
• Defended bank in lawsuit alleging tortious interference, DTPA violations, conspiracy, fraud and breach of contract claims. Obtained summary judgment for client.
• Successful representation of elite youth sports organization in lawsuit brought by neighboring landowners complaining of light nuisance and related cross-claims brought by landlord of sports facility.
• Representation of road manager of best-selling contemporary musician in his suit on an oral contract against the musician's former promoter and manager.  Obtained judgment in excess of $1 million on behalf of client.
